Role – Operational Engineer Trainee (OET)
We are hiring 500 OETs. The role involves working on the shop floor, operating robotic machines, and assisting with assembly and quality control.

Locations – Ahmedabad, Pune, Jaipur, Gurgaon

Selection Criteria
Candidates should hold a diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Production, or Tool Room Engineering. Preferred graduation marks minimum 50% Maximum age to apply – 23 years Shortlisted candidates will have to clear technical test and personal interview.

What about Retention Bonus ?

The retention bonus will be deducted from your salary during the first year and will be paid out in a lump sum at the end of your two-year tenure.

Overtime refers to additional hours worked beyond the 8-hours shift. Employees can work up to 3.5 extra hours and earn additional pay for this overtime. Opportunity of getting promoted to ‘Junior Engineer’ after 2 years of service basis performance evaluation Salary package offered to a ‘Junior Engineer’ is between 3.6-4.2 LPA.
