Database Generation form for Training and Placement Purpose

Hello Dear Students,

For training and placement purpose, some times we need your all the details. Companies ask for database of students studying in our college. So we have created a google form for database creation of students studying in Government polytechnic gonda. If you are a student from first or second or final year then you all have to fill this form. If you do not fill this form then you may left for any activities which will held in campus.
