BTEUP Semester Exam Use of Calculator In Subjects

Dear Students,

In which subject of your BTEUP Semester exam Jan 2024, use of calculator is allowed? Here is the list of subject is which calculator is not allowed or you can not use calculator in the subjects listed below-

1. Applied mathematics-I
2. Applied mathematics-I A
3. Applied mathematics-I B
4. Applied mathematics-II
5. Applied mathematics-III
6. Fundamentals of Computers and Programming
7. Components of Information Technology
8. Applied Chemistry
9. Inorganic Chemical Technology
10. Organic Chemistry
11. Pollution control and Industrial Safety

However, Use of Non Programmable calculator is allowed other than the subjects listed above. Which non programmable calculator is allowed it will be decided by the centre superintendent of the institute.

Paper code 2076 ( Applied mathematics II )- Use of simple calculator is allowed.

Paper code 2241 ( Design of Steel Structures )- Use of IS:800 and Steel table is permitted.

Paper code 2070 ( Machine Design )- Use of Design data book is allowed.
