Details of this online campus interview is given below-
Point no.1: Permanency Procedure (For Pass-out Candidates): After physical joining of the candidates, a performance book will be prepared for each candidate during Apprenticeship. This performance is measured on their attendance, behaviour and work culture. If everything is very good then the company will recruit them as permanent after one year. Otherwise they will receive Apprenticeship Certificate and Experience Certificate.
Point No.2: For Pursuing Candidates, we also have a 3-6 months OJT (On the Job Training) programme where the candidates will get OJT certificates from the company after completion.
Point No.3: For OJT and Apprenticeship, the stipend will be the same which is as follows-
a) For ITI: INR 10,770 per month (for 8 hours) plus Overtime extra.
b) For DIPLOMA/POLYTECHNIC: INR 11,300 per month (for 8 hours) plus Overtime extra.
c) For B Tech: INR 12,384 per month (for 8 hours) plus Overtime extra.
Point No.4 : Right now, we have the vacancy for both pass-out and pursuing
a) ITI candidates from all trades excluding Surveyor, COPA, CHNM, Sewing Technology etc branch
b) Diploma candidates from Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics branch
c) B Tech candidates from Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics branch
