स्कॉलर्शिप फॉर्म के साथ क्या क्या डाक्यूमेंट्स लगाये जाते हैं?

Hello Friends,

UP Scholarship form 2024-25 time table has been released. You all must have taken admissions somewhere in college or schools. Candidates who require scholarship for their study they have to fill this form correctly. After filling the form you all have to submit this form printout to your institutions with all related documents. But you must be confused that what documents to be attached with scholarship form. Here is the list of documents which is required with your scholarship form-

1. Scholarship form
2. Admissions fee receipt
3. Your fathers Income certificate
4. Your Domicile certificate
5. High School marksheet
6. Intermediate marksheet ( If any )
7. Graduation Marksheet ( If any )
8. Aadhar card
9. Caste Certificate
10. Fathers Aadhar card
11. Provisional Admission letter
12. Bank passbook
13. Fathers PAN card

These are the documents which is required to submit with your scholarship form. All are photocopies nothing original is needed. All documents must be self attested. While filling the form make sure that all data your are giving is true otherwise you will not get scholarship and your form will be rejected. You must have to submit your fathers income certificate not yours.
