💰 Salary & Benefits:  

• ₹14,500/month‎ + ₹1,000 attendance‎ award  
  -‎ ₹57/hr for 3‎ hours‎ daily overtime  
• ₹30/night shift food allowance  
• Approx. Monthly‎ Salary:‎ ₹20K–₹22K  
  -‎ Working‎ apron‎ provided  
  -‎ Work-life balance‎ with Sundays & 1st, 3rd Saturdays‎ off  

🎓‎ Eligibility:  

• Passing‎ Year: 2020–2024  
• Trade: Diploma‎ in Electronics‎ Engineering &‎ Electrical Engineering 

-‎ Age:‎ 18–24 years 

Required‎ Documents:  

• 10th & 12th Marksheet  
• Diploma Marksheet & Provisional Certificate  
  -‎ PAN Card, Aadhaar‎ Card, Passport-size Photo,‎ Resume  

Note:  
-‎ Diploma‎ holders‎ from‎ Govt.‎ or‎ Pvt.‎ colleges‎ are‎ eligible  

• Candidates who‎ have completed‎ NATS apprenticeships‎ are ineligible  
  -‎ Formal‎ dress and‎ shoes required
