We are delighted to invite applications for Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) for the year 2025. The details for the same are provided below:

Description:

We are looking to hire young, dynamic, aspiring minds who are pursuing their final year diploma engineering from the following streams:

Architecture, Automobile, Chemical, Civil, Computer Science & IT, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Environmental, Environmental Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Industrial Safety, Instrumentation & Control, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Mining, Survey.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Academics: Applicants must have completed a 3-year/6-semester diploma course (full-time) after SSC or equivalent / HSC examination and should have achieved a minimum aggregate of 60%. Those with any Graduation in Engineering/Science/Arts, either before or after their diploma, are not eligible to apply. Students expecting to complete their diploma by 30th June 2025 are eligible, but sandwich courses are not accepted.
• Mode of Study: Only full-time diploma students are eligible. Candidates studying through part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible.
• Back-Logs / Arrears: No backlogs (past or live) during the diploma Course. All subjects/papers should be cleared in the first attempt only. Any subject/paper that appeared and not cleared in the first attempt is considered as a backlog.
• Age: Candidates Born between 1^st July 2003 and 30^th June 2007, (Both days inclusive) are eligible.
• Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Foreign Nationals are not eligible.
• Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per the guidelines provided by our Chief Medical Officer.

Company reserves the right to alter the requirements / branches eligible & eligibility criteria

Training Period: 12 months On-the-job training from the date of joining.

Shortlisted candidates (as per our eligibility criteria) will undergo our further selection process, as indicated below:

Selection Process:

• Online Test: Our selection process consists of a completely proctored online test.
• Interviews: Students clearing the online test will then have to undergo the interview process.

Final selection is in the order of merit which involves a Pre-Employment medical check-up.
