Government Polytechnic Gonda is Organising a pool campus drive for Company Subros Limited. Details of this drive are given below-

We are pleased to extend a cordial invitation for your esteemed institution’s participation in the upcoming Campus Placement Drive organized by Subros Limited. We are planning to conduct a campus placement drive at your collegefor Diploma students who have passed in 2021, 2022, 2023,2024 and 2025. Subros Limited is currently looking to hire 200 diploma students for our shop floor operations and extended lines.

About Subros Limited:

Founded in 1985, Subros Limited is a joint venture public limited company with 36.79% ownership by the Suri family of India, 20% by Denso Corporation (Japan), and 11.96% by Suzuki Motor Corporation (Japan). We are India’s leading manufacturer of thermal products for automotive applications, in technical collaboration with Denso.

Job Description: 

The selected students will work on the production lines to understand product, process, and parameters, along with defect finding and analysis. They will be promoted to roles such as Line Leader and Supervisor based on performance.

Details of Hiring Criteria & Facilities Details:

1. Eligibility Criteria: 

1. Male/ Female (Both)
2. Branch: Mechanical, Automobile, Production, RAC, Plastics, E&C, Electrical & Gen. Engineering
3. Aggregate 60% minimum in Diploma
4. Age – 18 to 25.
5. Passing year 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025

2. Documents Required for Joining :Below mentioned documents are required at the time of joining, one set photocopy with original document for verification purpose.

1.  Curriculum Vitae /Biodata/ Resume
2.  4 pass port size photos
3.  Aadhar Card & Pan Card Copy
4.  Medical Fitness Certificate (from MMBS Doctor)
5.  10th and 12th Mark sheet and certificate
6.  Diploma Mark sheet (all semester) & Certificate

3. Facilities :-

1. 2 Tea & one Breakfast.
2. Food Facility -Lunch/Dinner in company.
3. Bus facility will be provided to you from 20 KM, from company premises.
4. Company will help students to accommodate in nearby to company premises
5. Dress facility will be provided by company.
6. Shoes will also provided by company.
7. Events & Sports are been held on quarterly basis you can also be a part of the EVENT and sports.   
4. Salary detail : Permanent Employment (Job)

1st Year – DAT  (Diploma Apprentice Trainee)
2nd Year – DET (Diploma Engineer Trainee)
3rd Year – DE (Dy. Engineer)

Accommodation/Room Allowance:

only for Gujarat Location- Rs. 1500/- will be reimbursed to students on account of room rent reimbursement, who will stay near to the company and will not use transport facility.

Rs. 10000/- will be paid to students on account of retention bonus in two parts Rs. 5000/- each on 90 days and 180 days respectively based on actual present day.

5 Days accommodation will be provided upon joining. Afterward, students must arrange their own accommodation near the company premises
