💸 Stipend: ₹15,500 per month (during 1st Year)
💸 Salary up to: ₹17, 000 per month plus (during 2nd Year) based on performance record.
📈 Every year increment based on performance record & attendance
📈 Growth based on performance, after 3 year he will become JE/OE (Operating Engineer)
