Task to be outsourced to the Partner:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>End User system management of VODAFONE Idea (ServiceDesk &amp; End User Support) in line with ITIL V3 processes, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management Service Request Fulfilment according to customer approved policies and procedures.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"1\" style=\"list-style-type:upper-alpha\">\n<li>ServiceDesk will be located at VIL Pune Office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deskside support will be located at PAN India. Few locations details as below FYR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final Deskside resource deployment will be concluded during Transition phase with mutual discussion between Wipro &amp; VIL<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Engagement Duration (3 Years)\u00a0June 2024\u00a0to April 2027<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;2.&nbsp;<u>Activities to be performed by the Engineer(s):<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td colspan=\"3\"><strong>Helpdesk Support Services: Activities are as below but not limited to:<\/strong><br>&nbsp;<br>Providing a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assistance with IT services under scope<br>Log IT related tickets (incidents, service requests, events) from users- (received through phone, mail,<br>logged tickets in the tool)<br>Acknowledge the tickets, allocate appropriate category<br>Classify the tickets as per Severity and Impact<br>Communicating pertinent information regarding incidents and associated progress to the stake holders on need basis.<br>Allocate the ticket to the respective support groups and track the ticket for closure<br>Recording, tracking, and updating incident ticket information in the service desk tool.<br>Route calls to the 3<sup>rd<\/sup>&nbsp;Party \/ OEM&nbsp; in case of issues pertaining to 3<sup>rd<\/sup>&nbsp;Party \/ OEM agreed in scope.<br>Route service requests to the appropriate teams (viz. user mgmt. group, mail mgmt. group etc)<br>Provide first level support for end user issues pertaining to desktop\/laptops, OS, client applications as<br>agreed in scope.<br>SoP\u2019s to be prepared and adhered for the Helpdesk services.<br>SOP reviewing mechanism to be enabled with Quarterly basis<br>Escalate incidents \/ tickets which are going beyond the service levels<br>Escalate incidents pertaining to 3<sup>rd<\/sup>&nbsp;Party \/ OEM non-performance or delays<br>Generate service management reports as mutually agreed from the ticketing tool and publish<br>the same to the respective stakeholder.<br>Maintenance of SLA matrix, severity and categorization matrix<br>Helpdesk operation WRT response to the user calls from L1 resources. To Ensure no calls are left unanswered.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Desktop Support Services: Activities are as below but not limited to:<\/strong><br>&nbsp;<br>Troubleshooting desktop \/ laptop OS issues.<br>Support for standard software issues<br>Isolate system issues; diagnose standard software issues and report hardware issues to respective Vendors.<br>Installation \/ re-installation \/ configuration of systems, printers, scanners.<br>Configure desktop and laptop as per the desktop\/laptop standardization policies of customer.<br>Installation \/ re-installation \/ configuration of in-scope client software \/ applications<br>Troubleshooting printer \/ scanner related issues<br>Troubleshooting issues related to standard office software\u2019s (MS Office Word, Xls, PowerPoint etc.)<br>and internet client<br>Support for local area network issues (LAN), DHCP client .<br>SoPs to be adhered for desktop support services.<br>Install antivirus software and check virus definition auto updates<br>Install approved patches onto desktops \/ laptops.<br>Troubleshoot print queue related issues<br>Configure appropriate rights and permissions for accessing printers<br>Remove virus from respective desktop \/ laptop with the antivirus software.<br>Hardware (Desktop\/Printer\/Scanner) fault finding and replacement of spare.<br>Bi Annual PM activity (Hardware)<br>Any other work other than above mentioned can be assigned by Wipro and partner needs to deliver<br>The same as Value add to customer without any additional commercial.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td>&nbsp;<\/td><td>&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>3.
