Tech degree from a university accorded \u201cInstitute of Eminence\u201d (IoE) status by Government of India while you work as a full-time employee with Wipro.&nbsp;B. Tech Degree will be sponsored by Wipro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By giving students, the right kind of training, both in platform skills and behavioral skills, this program enables Wipro to prepare some of the best Diploma holders to face the challenges of the dynamic Information Technology world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10th Standard: Pass<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12th Standard: Pass<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diploma: 50% or 5.3 CGPA or equivalent as per their university guidelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only full-time education is allowed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Year of passing<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2025 &amp; 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diploma &#8211; Candidate who have completed bachelor\u2019s degree will not be eligible and candidate pursing bachelor\u2019s degree must provide discontinuation certificate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Branch of study<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mechanical, Electrical &amp; Civil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mysore &#8211; Karnataka, India.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Other Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th &amp; 12th only<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One Backlog is allowed at the time of Online Assessment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidates are expected to clear the backlogs along with the final\u00a0semester.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mandatory to have studied Core Mathematics as one subject during Graduation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business Maths &amp; Applied Maths will NOT be considered as Core Mathematics in Graduation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Max 3 years of GAP in education allowed (between 10th to commencement of graduation)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No Gaps are allowed in Diploma Period, and diploma should be completed within 3 years from the start of the course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Candidates will be invited for the test process, who have completed 3 months cool-off period.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Candidates below 18 years are eligible for registration, however LOI and onboarding will only be initiated once the candidate is above 18 years\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Designation<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scholar Trainee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compensation<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Period: (INR Per Month):<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Year 1 (Stipend): INR 16,500 + 1,374 (SA) = 17,874 INR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Year 2 (Stipend): INR 17,350 + 1,445 (SA) = 18,795 INR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Year 3 (Stipend): INR 19,000 + 1,583 (SA) = 20,583 INR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Year 4 (Stipend): INR 23,000 INR<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Service Agreement<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>48 Months Duration applicable @ INR 60,000&nbsp;on pro-rata basis if you decide to leave the organization within this period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Selection process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every eligible candidate must go through an online assessment; the below details are appended for your reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Round 1 &#8211; Online Assessment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Online Assessment (80 minutes) comprising of 4 sections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verbal- 20 mins- 20 questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytical-20 mins-20 questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantitative \u2013 20 Mins &#8211; 20 questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Written Communication Test (20 mins)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Round 2 &#8211;&nbsp;Voice Assessment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Round 3 &#8211; Business discussion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Terms and Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is Wipro\u2019s discretion to permit\/limit the participation of each candidate in the Wipro\u2019s<strong>&nbsp;Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) WE \u2013 B.ET 2025 &amp; 2026 FY\u201927<\/strong>&nbsp;recruitment process.<br><br>After clearing the online assessment, candidates will have to go through a Voice assessment round. Candidates who clear the voice assessment round will go through&nbsp;business&nbsp;discussion round and selected candidates will be receiving the letter of intent (LOI). BGV cleared candidates will be receiving the final offer letter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration parameters and selection procedure belong solely to the discretion of Wipro. Wipro is not obligated to disclose any information at any stage of the selection process. Wipro also reserves the right to make an initial offer if the provisionally selected candidate does not meet certain conditions, which are a prerequisite for employment.
