Key Responsibilities
Assist in manufacturing processes including assembly, testing, and quality control.
Work under the supervision of senior team members to understand packaging production workflows.
Maintain workplace safety and follow operational guidelines.
Ensure quality checks and support in machine operations.
Skills & Qualities Required
Strong work ethic and keen attention to detail.
Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical concepts and manufacturing processes.
Training & Development
OJT (On-the-Job Training) Period: 2 Days Training
Compensation & Benefits
Stipend / Salary: ₹14,500 + ₹1,500 (Govt. DBT) = ₹16,000 per month
Overtime: Yes, ₹75 per hour
Food Facility: 1-time meal at ₹33/day
Other Benefits: PF / ESI – Not Applicable
