Wipro is delighted to introduce Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program for Diploma Holders. This uniquely tailored programme will help you upgrade your Diploma to a Wipro sponsored B.Tech from a university accorded “Institute of Eminence” (IoE) status by the Government of India.
Students can pursue their degrees while working as full-time employees with Wipro and join us as Scholar Trainee.
Qualification: Diploma In Mechanical Engineering
Eligibility: Must have 50% or above in Diploma
12th standard: Pass
10th standard: Pass
Open school or distance education is allowed in 10th & 12th or both
Maximum of 3 years of education gap, if any, is allowed between 10th and Diploma
Only fulltime Diploma is permitted. No Part time or Correspondences or Distance learning education in Diploma
Passing Year: 2024, 2025

Stipend: First-year stipend: INR 12,400 per month
Second-year stipend: INR 15,488 per month
Third-year stipend: INR 17,553 per month
Fourth-year stipend: INR 19,618 per month
