Job Summary:
- Position: Diploma Apprenticeship Trainee
- Division: Operations/Maintenance/Projects
- Location: JSW Steel Limited, Vijayanagar Works, Bellary, Karnataka
- Reports to: Section Incharge
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisors and assist wherever possible
- Observe existing strategies and techniques
- Gain practical experience in new work zones
- Foster professional values and build good relationships with staff
- Observe health and safety guidelines
- Attend meetings and workshops
- Submit to evaluations and compile reports
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Ceramic, Chemical, Metallurgy, or Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering
- Male and female candidates are eligible
- Fresher 2025 batch students with no active backlogs and passing grades in all semesters
Salary and Benefits:
- Stipend: โน20,000 per month during apprenticeship
- CTC: โน3.2 lakhs per annum after successful completion
