👥 Eligibility Criteria:
• Diploma Holders – Electrical or Electronics (Passing Years: 2020–2025)
• Graduates – Any stream
• ITI Holders – Electronics / Electrician
💰 Salary Details (Including Attendance Bonus + Overtime):
• Diploma: ₹14,500 + ₹1,500 (Attendance Bonus) + ₹4,000–₹5,000 (Overtime)
👉 Total Monthly Income: ₹20,000–₹21,000
Graduation: ₹15,000 + ₹1,500 (Attendance Bonus) + ₹4,000–₹5,000 (Overtime)
👉 Total Monthly Income: ₹20,500–₹21,500
• ITI: ₹12,000 + ₹1,500 (Attendance Bonus) + ₹4,000–₹5,000 (Overtime)
👉 Total Monthly Income: ₹17,500–₹18,500
⏱ Work Hours & Benefits:
• 8-hour shift + 3 hours mandatory overtime daily
• Weekly Off: Sundays and 1st & 3rd Saturdays
